Where does Jo Jet ship to?

We currently ship to all 50 states in the US.

We are working on plans to ship our products internationally. If you are interested in learning more, please reach out to us here.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders $60 and above in the contiguous United States otherwise shipping is a flat fee of $7.95.

What is my order number?

Order numbers will be sent via email once order is received and confirmed.

Can I cancel my order once I place it?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders after they are placed as we work quickly to get your order shipped once received.

If you’re looking for a different product and are expecting to use it soon, we recommend that you place a new order for the item you prefer, and we can assist with a return of the original order once you receive it.

When will I receive my order?

All orders have a 2-3 business day processing time before it hits the road. Once your order leaves, how long it takes to deliver depends on your shipping method selected at checkout. Generally orders will arrive within 1-7 business days after it is processed, depending on your location. 

Our small team takes a much-deserved break on weekends and federal holidays to do what brings them joy, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day. We appreciate your understanding!

What is your return policy?

If you decide that your new Jo Jet product isn’t perfect for you, you can return it within 14 days of your purchase. Fill out the contact form here to get the process started.

In order to exchange an item, you can send your original order back as a return and place a new order online at your earliest convenience. Please keep in mind that it may take up to three weeks for us to issue your refund. 

We do not offer refunds for shipping fees; you will only be refunded the cost of the item(s) you return.

Jo Jet reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipment if the return is refused.

How do I start a return?

Head to our contact page here and we’ll get back to you with the next steps. Please make sure to include order number. All returned items must be in original condition with original tags attached.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Additionally, it may take up to three weeks for us to issue your refund.

Can I return final sale items?

Final sale items are not returnable or refundable and cannot be exchanged.

How do I care for my Jo Jet totes, bags, and pouches?

Spot clean or hand wash and then hang dry

Are Jo Jet pouches and bags water proof?

Jo Jet bags and pouches are water resistant and will protect your belongings from light rain, a light splash, or a small water bottle leak, but our bags are not meant to be submerged underwater or in liquid as the zipper and seams are not watertight and thus your items will not be protected.

How do I care for my Jo Jet towels?

To Wash: Regular machine wash with mild detergent in cold or warm water. Do not use fabric softener. Ideally, it is best to wash Jo Jet towels only with other microfiber products.

To Dry: Dry on low heat or hang dry. Do not iron. Similar to washing, it is best to only dry Jo Jet towels with other microfiber products.

What makes Jo Jet products different?

Our fabrics have been tested to not only be fun, but also functional. Our totes, bags, and pouches are lightweight and water resistant, while our towels have a cool waffle or suede weave made to absorb even the largest spills.
