We do not offer refunds for shipping fees, you will only be refunded the cost of the item(s) you return.

In order to exchange an item, you can send your original order back as a return and place a new order online at your earliest convenience. Please keep in mind that it may take up to three weeks for us to issue your refund. 

Jo Jet reserves the right to refuse a return, exchanges, or refunds if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipment if the return is refused.
